The Hazleton Housing Authority manages four properties: the Vine West Family Units near West Birch Street, the Vine Manor High-Rise on West Mine Street and the Hazle Twin High-Rise buildings on West Juniper Street.

All four properties feature numerous amenities and a variety of dwelling sizes to fit individuals and families.
