REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS: The Housing Authority of the City of Hazleton requires the services of a fee accountant and in-house accounting services. To assist in submitting a bid proposal, a Proposal Packet can be obtained by contacting the Authority office located at 320 West Mine Street, Hazleton, PA 18201-6193 by Monday, April 1, 2024 or call 570-455-9503, ext. 2114. Envelope must clearly state BID PROPOSAL and be submitted no later than Tuesday, April 23, before 3:00 p.m.

The Housing Authority of the City of Hazleton is in need of Architectural and Engineering services in order to carry out physical Improvements as part of its Capital Grant Improvement fund. The Authority requests proposals from A/E firms that wish to provide this service. Interested offerors may obtain a pre-proposal packet at Vine Manor, 320 West Mine Street, Hazleton, PA, or by calling the number listed below. Offerors are encouraged to obtain their packets as soon as possible. In order to ensure sufficient packets, offerors are asked to pick up the PROPOSAL PACKET from the Authority no later than Friday, April 5.. Please contact Ms. Dorothy George (570) 455-9503.
